Hi! We are Tina and Cliff Mike!

We are parents, a pastry chef, cake designers, Firefighter and retired Technology Engineer. We’ve always loved baking for our 3 kids growing up. As our kids grew up and friends /family had special events we created and grew our passion for baking and designing. Cliff has been a Firefighter Captain for PBCFR for 27 years and I retired back in 2018 which gave us more time together to really design and bake such amazing cakes, cookies, and other special desserts. Cliff and I worked with local and on-line class coordinators to perfect our baking design skills. Cliff loves to bake, and I love to design. As an IT Engineer I had the privilege of working with some of the most prestigious country clubs in South Florida which gave me the opportunity to watch and help with the specialty events.

As the Outreach Coordinator for Icing Smiles,  it has been my privilege to volunteer my time to grow this most amazing Not for Profit organization dedicated to delivering celebration cakes to critically and terminally ill children.  If you are a baker and would like to become a "Sugar Angel", please go to www.icingsmiles.org.  Our main goal is to educate everyone on what we do so that no child or sibling goes without a celebration cake and a smile.
